This book contains a lot of new and effective steps and information about instant pot for beginners. It's like someone is looking to learn how to cook risotto in the instant pot, and someone - a dessert or cottage cheese. I finally found this wonderful book.
The recipes look easy and tasty but there is oil in almost everything, even for breakfast. A lot of the oil is sesame or coconut oil which is delicious but not the healthiest!
Super short. Under 100 pages and all just in black and white, no pictures. AND NO GRAPHICS OR TITLE ON THE SPINE OF THE BOOK!! Not impressed. Hope the food turns out awesome!
I will return it. Thin little book. No color, no photos but mainly every recipe has various kinds of oil in it. A lot of them have things in them I dont eat, tofu, pasta, noodles, ketchup and the recipes just did not look delish to me at all.
