This book has a lot of charts and visual ways to help you understand complex topics. But if you don't know that you may get the audio version which makes it very difficult to understand the charts! Review the "look inside" pages to see what I mean. I got the audio and I have major buyers remorse! It sucks trying to contemplate a chart when someone is just reading it. USELESS!

I've read all of Robert Kiyosaki's books which I thought were all great and motivational. But some of his newer stuff is just reiterations of the old stuff. Financial IQ was one of the newest ones and while I did enjoy it, I don't really think I needed to read it for anything other than motivation (and since motivation is my #1 problem I did read and enjoy it!).Rich Dad's Adviser's books are very good too. They're in-depth and give you great information. Garrett Sutton or Diane Kennedy, for example, really give you a lot of know-how.This "Real Book of Real Estate," however, is useless. So, while Garrett Sutton's books will tell you all about setting up an LLC, Sutton only has a short chapter here to speak to you. There's not enough room for an in-depth overview of anything. If you already own real estate you already know all of this stuff. If you don't, then you need to read more in depth books. If it's motivation you need, read Kiyosaki's own books. And if you've started on real estate read a book about what you really need to know, not a useless overview from a bunch of a experts I don't need to hear from right now. Is a CPA useful? Sure, but why do you care how she can save you thousands of dollars on all that real estate when you only own 1-2 homes?I say forgo the purchase of this book. Even the Kiyosaki + Donald Trump one is better. Truthfully I've read hundreds of financial, real estate, and self-motivational books. And in all honesty there have only been 2-3 I haven't finished. This book of real estate is one of them!

Where do you usually want to listen to an audio book? In the car, right? Well, guess what. These cd’s WILL NOT PLAY IN ANY OF MY VEHICLES! What they don’t tell you is that these are cheap, poorly made, MP3 discs that will not work in most CD players. Between personal and work vehicles, my wife and I have 4 cars sitting in the driveway and these discs will not play in any of them. Maybe I got bad discs? I am incredibly frustrated. I am going to try putting the files onto iTunes and then onto my phone from there, but why should I have to do that? This is my first Kyosaki purchase and I guess I expected more from something with his name on it.

Turning off the morning commute radio station and instead listening to audio books is one of the smarter decisions I made for 2018. This one contains lots of great life stories about real estate investing told by those that have done it. I learned quite a lot, and it opened the door to new ways of thinking about assets. There are a few stories where you hear about mistakes people made. I like those the bests, since we learn more from mistakes (ours or other peoples) then from the successes. Having each chapter read by the entrepreneurs themselves made this a really entertaining audio book.

Great book to learn the many different ways to make money in real estate. I have already learned most of all the techniques taught in this but, but thought it was a great refresher. If you are serious about investing in real estate, I would check this one our.

I found the book to be a terrific overview of issues involved in big project investment and a great reiteration of the team concept; a big picture summary. I am not likely to buy many of the individual advisor books so I enjoyed this compilation. Am using it to keep stretching my thinking.

This is honestly the best real estate book out there. It explains EVERYTHING I needed to know, in great detail.

This is easily the best overview of the complex world of real estate investing that I've seen -- highly recommended! A key feature is the checklist in each section that lists what to do and how to do it. Everyone starting (or continuing) a real estate investment should thoroughly read and understand this marvelous work!

A friend told me about this book and I was a little apprehensive to read it in fear that it would further harm my current relationship (or lack there of), just by looking at the chapter titles alone. My relationship is not “50/50” and I want it to be, we do not practice “100% transparency,” he knows I “cannot handle the truth”, I want to add value by “retraction”, and I have no clue how to “renegotiate the deal”. I didn’t want this book to tell me it was over before things ever got to be great.BUT...I found some hope in this book as there are a number of take-a-ways; such as: knowing exactly what you bring to the table, and highlight that. I realize now that my reactions are emotions based ALOT and that it would be beneficial to not show my pain in every situation. Checking the expectations we have of others is also crucial to the survival of our relationships - nothing is implied with men these days.I might be able to renegotiate my deal, we’ll see.I would recommend this book to others.

This book is on point on all cases very insightful and entertaining

Optimal Happiness will definitely have you challenging everything you have learned about relationships and your perspective on what it takes to achieve your happiness relationships. The book teaches you how to be honest with yourself, and others, so you can receive all that you want out of relationship. If by chance you are not getting what's wanted, you must learn to "renegotiate the deal." Although, the author states the book is primarily for women, men can also gain knowledge by reading this book. Creating safety for full disclosure and emotional intelligence are advantageous in all relationships. I appreciate the author spoke about real life experiences. Although, some of his teachings are subjective in nature, or even controversial to some, the book was informational. The author's personality was felt through his subtle humor and a hint of irony. If you are interested in receiving what you fully want out of your relationships, read this book! Perhaps you just want to have a discussion about a topic that is contentious and debatable. If that's the case, read this book! You will definitely take something away from your reading.

I was very intrigued by the title of the book "Optimal Happiness, Love ain't never been enough". As you read that you are going to immediately ask yourself what does he mean by "Love ain't never been enough"?. However, after reading that chapter you are going comprehend what The writer is conveying, which is very direct and to the point. ( This is where don't judge a book by it's cover comes into play LOL ). Read the entire Chapter and you will understand it more...... The writer was able to give us an inside view of what we should focus on in order to live up to our optimal happiness!. He brings us back to what is really important in a relationship, due to the fact that many of us get caught up with the fantasy of being with someone or just being married without really taking the time to think of what happiness and love truly means. At times the material in the book May seem a little harsh, however he picks our brain to think outside of the box and not just go with what we have been taught or are use to. Now I can ask myself " Am I living in my Optimal Happiness? what changes do I need to make as an individual in order to make that happen. I recommend this book to anyone that is seeking to have that special person in their life at some point. This book will help you understand and guide you in your next journey of finding a mate.

Optimal Happiness: Love Ain’t Never Been Enough was an amazing read. The book was an eye opener and kept my attention from cover to cover. I admire how the author provided real life personal examples throughout the book to paint a picture for the readers. After reading this book I have realized that there is so much work that goes into a relationship beneath the surface. Both parties have to be open and honest with eachother in order for things to work. As the title of the book states.. “Love ain’t NEVER been enough!!” I will definitely take a few principles from this book and apply them to my own personal life. This book exceeded my expectations and I look forward to reading more material from Mr. Greene.

Great read! This book is a journey of self reflection as it relates to dating. Each chapter is written beautifully & will capture your attention immediately! This book does an excellent job at rearranging a (my) mindset about old/outdated dating "rules" The suggestion that Optimal Happiness can be achieved by tweaking our own actions & views is simply BRILLIANT! I encourage single women/men, married women/men, coupled & committed folks to get a copy!! Get ready for the experience & the conversation that follows!
