This book is super informative and very easy to read, delivered in plain language, important when you are many weeks pregnant and just want to find a solution to your back pain. Dr. Nemchenko provides a broad cross-section of useful information and great suggestions that will be very helpful for the entire pregnancy and beyond. An excellent read.

How I wish I had a Dr. Brandie in my life when I was expecting. This book will change everything for you you if you are expecting and is a thoughtful gift for anyone you know who is thinking of or is pregnant. I can't recommend it enough!
